As automatic payment systems become more and more widespread and electronic payment tools more and more popular, the needs of the motorists increase. This requires an effective
sales assistance network.
The Customer Service Centres (C.S.C: CAC in italian) are dedicated points of contact with the Company intended to meet the customer’s specific needs.
The Company currently manages 4 Customer Service Centres situated at the Trieste/Lisert, Palmanova, Latisana and Venezia Est toll stations on A4. These centres provide the customers with sales information. Specifically, they sell Viacard (both prepaid and current account) and Telepass devices and provide post-sales assistance.
