As the Governmental Directive (Principi d’erogazione dei servizi pubblici) issued on 27 January 1994 establishes neither rules nor obligations regulating the supply of services by motorway companies, Autovie Venete, has independently chosen to draw up a Client Service Charter to enhance a constructive understanding with its clients.
The Client Service Charter is revised and updated upon improvements and modifications of the services provided, on the basis of customers’ feedback and expectations.
