As automatic payment systems become more and more widespread and electronic payment tools more and more popular, the needs of the motorists increase. This requires an effective sales assistance network.
The Customer Service Centres (C.S.C) are dedicated points of contact with the Company intended to meet the customer’s specific needs.
The Company currently manages 4 Customer Service Centres situated at the Trieste/Lisert - Palmanova, Latisana and Venezia Est toll stations. These centres provide the customers with sales information. Specifically, they sell Viacard (prepaid) and Telepass devices and provide post-sales assistance.
Furthermore, here motorists can settle unpaid tickets, request information on motorway toll charges or invoices for toll charges paid in cash.

Autovie Venete Customer Service Centres can be found:
- at the Trieste-Lisert exit, open every day from 7.15 to 19.30. Closed on public holidays.
- at the Palmanova entry toll station, open Monday to Friday from 7.15 to 19.30, Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 13.30 to 17.00. Closed on Sunday and holidays.
- at the Latisana toll station, open Monday to Saturday from 7.15 to 19.30. Closed on Sunday and holidays.
- at the Venezia Est exit building (first floor), on the A57 Mestre ring road, open Monday to Friday from 7.15 to 19.30, Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 13.30 to 17.00. Closed on Sunday and holidays.
