In case motorists are unable to pay the toll charge (in automatic or manual lanes), a non-payment report will be issued. If you are in an automatic lane you will be issued a 'transit statement at the self-service station', if you are in a manned lane you will be issued a 'non-payment' form. Both documents will state the number and the amount of the unpaid toll charge. Outstanding toll charges must be paid no later than 15 days after the date of the transit.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Outstanding toll charges shall be paid, without surcharges, no later than 15 days after the date of the transit. Failure to do so will result in the addition of the administrative charge of € 2.58 (art. 176, paragraph 11-bis, New Italian Highway Code).

Client without a ticket
Should a Client be unable to return the entry ticket due to loss or failure to collect the ticket on entry, the toll payable is calculated according to the law (art. 176/16 Highway Code) from the most distant entry station. However, if the Client has proof indicating the actual entry station, he/she is entitled to pay the corresponding toll. As regards non-payment reports issued on our network, Autovie Venete reserves the right to accept self-certification (pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000) issued by the entry toll station and to verify the data contained therein. The self-certification form shall be filled in and signed and sent to Autovie Venete, by mail or fax, to (+39) 040 – 3189557. Following adequate verifications, Autovie Venete will issue a payment form stating the toll charge as calculated from the certified entry station.
