Services Areas
As regards Service Areas, Autovie Venete S.p.A. intends to improve the services offered to our customers, through upgrading works and frequent in-depth checks and to enhance their appearance tending to green areas and existing commercial facilities. Since our company was awarded ISO 9001 certification, all the activities carried out at Service Areas meet specific quality criteria that are periodically monitored through inspections.
Bimonthly night inspections are also carried out to verify the maintenance levels of the areas in general. In the month when no night checks are carried out daily inspections take place to assess the conditions of the facilities, the quality of the service offered, the staff, the cleanliness of the sites, etc. Following the inspections, reports are drawn up that are then forwarded to the oil companies that manage the service areas in question. These communications also outline recommended measures to be undertaken in order to improve the service provided in each Service Area and the deadlines by which to implement the requested improvements. A Customer Satisfaction survey is carried out annually in order to monitor the quality of the service as perceived by our customers and to adopt any suggestions that may be deemed useful.
